Okay, the fastest would be opening a jar. I also hesitate to call this a sauce. There is no melding of flavor here. It’s really more of a mélange. Regardless, it’s useful, tasty, quick, and I bet you have all these ingredients at your house right now.
For 1 Serving (scale up & adjust to your taste/texture)
- Peel and slice two small cloves of garlic (about 1/8 inch thick)
- Heat a small pot to medium high
- Add 1 Tbl olive oil, coat pot; add 1/4 tsp salt, several grinds of black pepper
- Add the garlic, use a spatula to spread it out in a single layer; Do Not Turn Away (garlic will burn). When all the pieces are uniformly brown remove from heat and stir in 3 Tbl crunchy peanut butter until thoroughly mixed.
Serve immediately. I had it over steamed broccoli and carrots. Unsurprisingly, I loved it.
